The website pricing was a little misleading. It includes a haggle free price and then a total price which includes the MTH Protection Package and DOC costs. I was under the impression that the MTH Protection Package was an optional thing that could be added or declined. It cannot; it's included in the total price. Listing the haggle free price on the website is the misleading part.

We had our questions answered. We had very courteous service, good financial assistance - lower interest rates than at our bank - over all satisfying experience.
Stopped in on Saturday after our car broke down at the race track. An employee took time out of his busy schedule to take us where we needed to get. MTH went above and beyond to help and we cannot thank them enough for saving us on such a hot, sunny day.
They have some amazing vehicles here. I popped in just to find out more about their business and they were extremely friendly and very helpful. I see this being the place I buy my next vehicle at. Also asked if they could do modifications to the vehicle I was purchasing and they said yes. Everything you need all in one place.

Great tech with great customer service! Sales people are also very helpful! My water pump went out in my truck after the service department was closed. I called and the sales team let me bring my truck in immediately, took notes from me on what happened and contact information, and left my keys amd notes locked in the service department until the next morning. Zach, head of service, contacted me immediately after I stopped in the next morning with a quote on everything. Fair pricing as well!

First I was very impressed with the quality of vehicles MTH has. Truck is already in the shop. I pointed out a few flaws in the truck and asked for a little bit off the price. Was told by the accounts guys he's already losing money on the deal and that he put his big boy shoes on to sell cars so there was no room for cutting the price any lower. Our sales woman was the best!! I can’t say enough good things about this young lady! She never pushed for anything or tried to get us to buy anything! You might think that is a bad characteristic of a salesperson…exactly the opposite! She showed us concern and helpfulness… ”AFTER!!!”….she listened to us. No bickering back and forth on whatever stupid little whatever (scratch or something). Everyone else had the same kindness in their approach to “selling” us a car. Drove 3 hours to get truck I found online. Truck was not as described and the manager told me I should have looked at the pictures better. So I did, and the pictures were taken to hide the damage. I was so frustrated. Ended up spending $4000 more than I wanted to and left in very bad mood. They are scammers at MTH??
Everyone that works here was super helpful and professional, they were super easy to deal with and get in and out of there. Our salesman was Joe and he made the process all super easy, he did not make me feel pressured on my decision, he gave me the facts and really streamlined everything I would definitely but from him again.
